Michael is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice. Michael has  nine years of cross-sector experience serving public registrants and privately-owned  entities with financial statement audits as well as Sustainability & ESG Services. 

Michael is based out of the Los Angeles office and predominantly assists companies  with ESG reporting and assurance, including ESG disclosures in accordance with the  various ESG regulations and frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, the GHG  Protocol, and GRI.  

Michael also has extensive experience in managing materiality assessments,  developing ESG data processes and controls, assisting management with establishing  ESG governance, as well as helping companies design and implement sustainability  journeys for compliance and strategy purposes. 

Michael has served the technology and media, consumer business, healthcare, food  and agriculture, and financial services industries during his career.  

Michael obtained his Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California  and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at California Lutheran University. Michael is a  CPA in the state of California.

Harriet started her career at Amgen, where she served as director of finance at the publicly traded biotechnology giant.
During her 13-year tenure, she provided strategic, financial,
and operational leadership to its Global Development
organization, managing the operating budget in 16 countries
and implementing initiatives for a $1.4 billion annual budget.

Harriet’s passion for healthcare and finance led her to work closely with physicians, dentists, and other healthcare
professionals. In addition, she works with closely held
businesses and their owners, to assist them with their tax
planning, preparation and advisory needs. She brings her
global perspective and experience to her clients, looking
beyond just the tax return or financial statements. She
advises her clients on the metrics that run their business and helps them manage or oversee their financial situation. She
helps them put together the “financial puzzle.”

Sam has over 25 years of public accounting and private industry experience. He provides audit and assurance services for privately-held middle-market companies in the Southern California marketplace. Sam serves clients in the manufacturing, retail, consumer products, and distribution industry sectors, as well as clients in the nonprofit, agriculture, behavioral health, technology, software, and professional services industries. Sam also is a member of the firm's Data Analytics team and performs forensic accounting projects and assists his clients in identifying and remediating weaknesses in internal controls over financial reporting. Sam’s experience also includes five years in private industry in the finance group of a public company where he was responsible for financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

Sam received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Northridge. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the States of California and North Carolina. Active in his community, Sam is on the Advisory Council of DeMolay International, and through his involvement with Shriners International, he is an active supporter of the Shriners Hospital for Children in Los Angeles. Sam is on the Board of Directors of the 101 Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and is a member of ProVisors. He is a frequent guest speaker at his alma mater, CSUN and sits on the Advisory Council for the California Lutheran University Accounting Department.

Stephanie is an Executive Director in Accounting at Amgen. She is responsible for overseeing, internal consolidations and external reporting, global sales accounting, G&A accounting, and financial controls.

Stephanie has over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience. Since joining Amgen in 2016, Stephanie has held roles of increasing responsibility in Technical Accounting, Operational Accounting, Financial Controls and Finance Integration, including serving as a key finance leader for several recent large acquisitions.

Stephanie is the lead of the Finance Career Development Council at Amgen, is active in Finance recruiting and is a mentor for WE2, Amgen’s Women’s Employee Resource group in both the Thousand Oaks and Europe chapters.

Prior to joining Amgen, Stephanie held various Finance roles in the real estate industry and began her career in audit at Ernst & Young.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an Accounting emphasis and her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
