For Faculty and Staff
We encourage you to check our Data Repository for existing data — including interactive and static reports.
If you are unable to find the data that you need, please submit a form by clicking the button below.
Due to the large volume of requests and mandatory reporting requirements, we ask that you submit your data request at least one to two weeks prior to when the data are needed. Time allotted for data request completions depend on the complexity of the request and availability of staff.
Note: All information produced by the Office of Educational Effectiveness and Institutional Research is confidential and protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) — see the Office of the Registrar for details. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to understand and agree to these protections prior to submitting any request.
