Graduate Academic Scholarship
California Lutheran University's Graduate Academic Scholarships are available to graduate and credential students based on financial need as demonstrated by the FAFSA or CADAA and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. The scholarship may be awarded up to $2,500 per academic year, dependent on full or part-time enrollment status and number of terms attending. To apply, students must complete and submit the following documents to be considered:
- FAFSA - for US Citizens, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen
- CADAA -for Undocumented/Dreamer students
- CLU Graduate Academic Scholarship Application
Graduate Academic Scholarship funding is limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible. For students beginning with the fall term, the application will be made available annually for the upcoming academic year in mid-June. The application will also be open in January for newly admitted students beginning in the spring term.
The Graduate Academic Scholarship is not automatically renewable. Students who wish to be considered for the scholarship must apply each academic year.
Please note that the following students are NOT eligible to receive a Graduate Academic Scholarship:
- Cal Lutheran staff members who are eligible to receive Tuition Remission.
