U.S. Constitution Preparation
This unique, non-credit exam preparation course will prepare participants to successfully take the U.S. Constitution Exam, and satisfy the U.S. Constitution requirement for educators seeking a California teaching credential.
The exam focuses on the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the government. Students benefit from having an introductory knowledge of U.S. and California politics.
Students are to bring study materials, notepaper, and a #2 pencil and pen to class. Study materials will be forwarded to the student upon receipt of the registration form/payment. The test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and two essays.
The Department of Continuing and Professional Education makes a commitment to your success for the U.S. Constitution exam. If a student fails to pass this exam immediately after completing the Continuing and Professional Education Prep course, the next scheduled preparation course will be offered at no charge. This is a one-time offer.

Fee
$200.00—includes Certificate and Letter of Completion to be mailed to student upon completion of exam. If requested, an Official Transcript will be provided to student after final grades have posted.

Walk-in registration on the day of the class is permitted but not encouraged if the student does not have recent knowledge of the subject matter. Registration the day of is at the discretion of the Instructor.
