Our houses are interdependent, student-created communities that celebrate common interests, passions, and shared identities.
Who Lives Here
- Students who have similar interests, passions, and shared identities
- Capacity of four to eight students per house
- Four students: Single bedroom
- Five to eight students: Shared bedroom
- Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors
- Perfect for roommate groups affiliated with student clubs and organizations or athletic teams
House Features
- One to two common living rooms
- Full kitchen including two refrigerators, stove, oven, and sink
- Two full bathrooms per house
- Access to backyard
- Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for residents
- Heating and air conditioning
- Student parking in driveway
Room Highlights
- Three to four bedrooms, with one student per bedroom
- Bedrooms furnished with twin XL beds, dressers, desks, and desk chairs for each student
Program requirements for students living in university themed houses:
- Each themed house must host at least one program in the fall semester and one program in the spring semester.
- Programs must be advertised and made available to the Cal Lutheran campus community.
