- Sarah Berg – grant from ELCA World Hunger to support the Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary's Center for Climate Justice & Faith.
- Regina Biddings-Muro – grant from the Amgen Foundation expand the Community Scholars for Black Lives Fellowship Program.
- Brian Collins – grant from the Council of Independent Colleges and the Philosophy Learning and Teaching Organization to support the Summer Philosophy Academy for high school students to engage with and discover the field of philosophy.
- Michael Cosenza, Megan Fung, and Nathan Carlson – grant from the National Science Foundation to support the TEAMS Project (Teacher Experiences Advancing Mathematics and the Sciences) to prepare undergraduates and professionals to teach in local districts in need of well-prepared teachers in the STEM subjects.
- Robert Dull – grant from Pando Populus to protect habitats for native species on our campus.
- Matthew Fienup and Dan Hamilton – for their achievements with the Center for Economic Research and Forecasting, including research related to the Latino GDP Project and the Ventura County Economic Forecast publication.
- Rafaela Fiore Urizar and Ryan Medders – grant from U.S. Department of Education to support the Embracing Spanish for the Professions at Home and Abroad program, creating opportunities for students to explore topics in the Spanish-speaking world.
- Megan Fung – grant from an anonymous funder and the G.A. Foster Legacy Foundation to support the Sustainable Edible Education (SEEd) Garden on campus, allowing students to plant, harvest, and prepare their own and other locally sourced food..
- Sergio Galvez – grant from the U.S. Department of Education to continue to the TRIO programs, Upward Bound - Traditional, Upward Bound - Centinela Valley, and Upward Bound - Math & Science, encouraging high school students to pursue post-secondary education.
- Desta Goehner – grant from Duke Divinity School to support a reflective retreat to gather ELCA bishops and rostered and non-rostered leaders in the eleven ELCA synods in the west.
- Maria Guadalupe Thayer – grant from the Amgen Foundation to support the STEAM program engaging 3rd to 5th Graders from local school districts in Science, Technology, Art, Engineering, and Math.
- Dana Harmon – grant from the American Association of University Women to support research on E. coli metabolism.
- Dean MichaelHillis – grant from the U.S. Department of Education to support the Teaching Residency Program, a partnership with the Santa Maria-Bonita School District to provide district employees a pathway to becoming certified teachers.
- Dean Michael Hillis and Tymika Wesley – grant from the Branch Alliance for Educator Diversity (BranchED) to support CLU's institutional outcomes in producing highly effective and diverse teachers.
- Dean Richard Holigrocki – for securing three grants for the Graduate School of Psychology's Community Counseling Services from the cities of Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks, and from the Southern Smoke Foundation, to ensure local residents receive needed counseling, and to fund clinical training opportunities for students.
- Dena Jenson – grant from the McCune Foundation, the Amgen Foundation, the Santa Barbara Foundation, and the Smith-Hobson Fund to support the Center for Nonprofit Leadership.
- Cindy Lewis – grant from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation to support the 4A Cause Program, providing students the oppoertunity to work with nonprofit organizations they feel passionate about.
- Alison McCormick – grant from the University of California to support the California Reading and Literature Project, creating high quality professional development in literacy instruction for local educators.
- Lorena Munoz – grant from the Council of Independent Colleges to expand, digitize, and create content for the HSI at CLU: First Year Seminar.
- Adina Nack, Colleen Windham-Hughes, and Tanya Wicks – grant from Kaiser Permanente to support the Public Health Internship Program to provide stipends to students during internship experiences.
- Angela Naginey – grant from the U.S. Department of Education to support the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program, creating new opportunities for CLU students to pursue graduate degrees.
- David Nelson – grant from the Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation to support the annual Lyceum Lecture Series, which focused on telling the stories of people, groups, and events in world history typically ignored or considered irrelevant in cultural narratives.
- Raymond Pickett – grant from the Carpenter Foundation to fund scholarships and support for Masters in Divinity students at the Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.
- Michaela Reaves – grant from the California State Library to support secondary teachers and their sdtudents through a series of lessons focusing on the history of civil libterties in the United States.
- Holly Roepke – grant from the Women's Sports Foundation to support the hiring of the CLU Women's Soccer Team's assistant coach as part of the Tara VanDerveer Fellowship Program.
- Lorri Santamaría and Colleen Windham-Hughes – grant from the Vesper Society to support the Indigenous Knowledge Project, infusing indigenous knowledge into CLU's programs, curricula, faculty development, and student life.
- Matthew Ward, Angela Naginey, Christallea Buchanan, Melinda Roper, and Taiwo Ande – grant from the U.S. Department of Education to support the Vocational Identity and Talent in Academic Learning (VITAL) program.
- Brandy Yee – grant from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing to modify courses in the Liberal Studies in Education program to allow students to earn both a bachelor of arts degree and a California teaching credential in four years.
