Student Research Symposium
October
Showcases the work of Cal Lutheran's top students during Homecoming Weekend of each year. Most of these students have spent their entire summer working full-time side-by-side with a faculty mentor on their project. The original results that are shared at this venue are likely also to be presented at professional conferences throughout the region and country. Students from a wide variety of disciplines including Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Exercise Science, Global Studies, Math, Psychology, and Religion share their work in 15-minute oral presentations at the start of the morning, followed by an interactive poster session.
