The study explores several issues that prevented John, a young professional working for a mutual fund company, from moving forward with his life. John learned that his company offers volunteer time off for social and environmental causes and has a matching donation program. With professional guidance and advising, John has found his purpose and discovered ways to create a positive impact on the environment.
