The topic of the Ukraine-Russia war has been omnipresent since the invasion of the
Russian military at the end of February 2022. We aimed to explore how such a conflict
can be resolved using targeted negotiation tactics. We attempted to analyze both presidents’
backgrounds and personalities, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the motives
and intended interests. The video presents the negotiation tactics as a role play
exercise.
