PRiME Competition 2022

Our workforce is currently undergoing some changes due to COVID-19 and the increasing demand for social justice. However, the 40 hours a week spent in an office has yet to be updated. As the public and private sectors continue to compete for employees, it would be most beneficial for the public sector to increase flexible choices available to employees to keep up with the expectations of the workforce and the competitive flexibility of the private sector alike.
