“Triple Bottom Line” accounts for not only financial success, but also environmental and social impact and accountability. Considering all three elements requires that business leaders have the sustainable development goals reflected in their company vision and strategies. Addressing the seventeen global goals for sustainable development is the way to achieve sustainability and bring Elkington’s Triple Bottom Line vision to reality.
