Dual Language Programs in the Oxnard School District and Ventura County

Education is a right that should be given to everyone, regardless of the backgrounds. Reducing inequalities starts with education. There are so many students who were failed by our public-school system from early on. This needs to change. Dual language programs are implemented differently depending on the school district and their curriculum throughout the state of California. This research is focused on the way the system is implemented within the Oxnard School District (OSD).
