Water efficiency, availability and management is a continuous struggle that many nations suffer with every day. California is a state that has always had a history of disastrous droughts, a lack of a consistent water supply, and management issues regarding distributing water to the state’s millions of constituents. State officials have begun implementing policies in order to solve these challenges. Never in California’s history has a groundwater regulation been enacted at the state level, and it is a phenomenon that is new for everyone!
