Video Recording Policy
- All California Lutheran University related events can be video taped for free with
one camera. Requests for this service can be made by calling Media Services at 805-493-3820.
- Should multiple cameras or special audio recording be required, please download the
"CLU video request form" and submit it to Media Services.
- For non-CLU related events please download the "non-CLU video request form" and submit
to Rob Munguia for review. Each camera with operator is $50.00 per hour. Editing is
extra.
- If filming a guest speaker is required, please download the release form, fill it
out and return it along with the appropriate video request form to Rob Munguia at
Media Services.
- Single camera video recording requests must be made 48 hours prior to the event. All other videotaping requests need to be submitted 1 week prior to the event in order to assure appropriate staffing of the event.
