Video Recording Policy

  1. All California Lutheran University related events can be video taped for free with one camera.  Requests for this service can be made by calling Media Services at 805-493-3820.
  2. Should multiple cameras or special audio recording be required, please download the "CLU video request form" and submit it to Media Services.
  3. For non-CLU related events please download the "non-CLU video request form" and submit to Rob Munguia for review. Each camera with operator is $50.00 per hour. Editing is extra.
  4. If filming a guest speaker is required, please download the release form, fill it out and return it along with the appropriate video request form to Rob Munguia at Media Services.
  5. Single camera video recording requests must be made 48 hours prior to the event. All other videotaping requests need to be submitted 1 week prior to the event in order to assure appropriate staffing of the event.
