Measuring the Effects of Media Placements
This presentation provides insight into how to develop a targeted media plan and how to best quantify the media hits that come from pitching good stories.
As Associate Vice President for University Relations at CLU, Lynda oversees a variety of public relations functions, including internal and external communications, media relations, crisis management, sports information, and community relations. Lynda provides leadership as managing editor of CLU Magazine and as a member of the President's Cabinet. She directs several communications programs that are aligned with the university's Strategic Plan. Her work with local, regional and national media has helped bring CLU into the spotlight in numerous publications that focus on everything from higher education and the arts to business and religion. Lynda holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and graduate degrees in management science and public administration from University of Southampton (England) and California Lutheran University, respectively. A former Rotary International Scholar and a proponent of Study Abroad, Lynda often speaks about the benefits of studying, traveling and serving overseas.
