Employee Engagement and Retention
Engaging employees in today's technology driven workplace is a challenge. Many employees go to work, put in their 8 hours, and go home to forget about work. This enlightening discussion for engaging employees is a critical piece of any Human Resource strategy. Employees who are engaged retain at higher rates and produce more, often tripling their value over their non-engaged counterparts. Don't you owe it to your organization and employees to make sure they are ENGAGED? -
The Mental Athlete
Athletes are trained to physically push their bodies, challenge their limits, and go faster, further, quicker. The other half of the athlete is all too often neglected, that of the Mental Athlete. Athletes need to also train their brain to help their muscles cooperate. Athletes that understand and use performance enhancement skills are those that meet and exceed the goals they set. Mental training skills such as intensity control, relaxation techniques, and focus are critical to athletes taking the next step in their performance. Stress control, arousal control, and improved execution are typical outcomes from mental skills training. -
